The State Company For Automotive Industry (SCAI) on of the
companies belong to ministry of industry
and minerals , established in 1976 at
iskandaryah (50 km south of Baghdad ) to be
concerned in assembling trucks according to
technical contracts signed with ( Saviem/France)
and ( Scania/Sweden) and produce buses
according to contracts of bus bodies
building with (ikarus/Hungary )

assembly of cars and trucks to various loads
and expansion of local manufacturing of
parts of the components of trucks and buses
